Where you sleep and move

At Disney World you hop between parks, resorts, and buses. The days are big, the walking is real, and your hotel room is where you collapse at night.

On a Disney Cruise you unpack once, the ship moves while you sleep, and the magic comes to you through character meet and greets, stage shows, and Castaway Cay.

The pace is different

Disney World rewards commando touring: rope drops, Lightning Lane Multi Pass, and dining reservations 60 days out. It can be thrilling and a little intense.

Disney Cruise Line is slower by design. Built-in sea days, a kids' club that your children will beg to return to, rotational dining, and no need to race for reservations.

Age matters

Toddlers and preschoolers usually have an easier time on the ship. The kids' club opens at age three, the nursery handles younger children, and the cabin is always close for a nap. Disney World is magical, but little legs get tired.

Disney World adds up quickly: park tickets, hotel, meals, Lightning Lane passes, parking, and souvenirs. The budget is wide open.
