GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

A few of the questions travelers ask us most. If yours isn't here, reach out and we'll answer it personally.

Does it cost more to plan with an advisor?
Not usually. Much of our planning comes at no extra cost to you, and you often get perks or pricing you won't find booking on your own. Some trips or advisors do include a planning fee, and your advisor will always be upfront about it before you book.
What kinds of trips do you plan?
Cruises, all-inclusive resorts, tours, honeymoons, family vacations, and group trips, all over the world.
Do you plan Disney and theme parks too?
Yes. Our sister brand Cupcake Castles specializes in Disney and theme parks, and we work hand in hand, so you're covered for every kind of trip.
How do we get started?
Tell us a little about the trip you have in mind and we'll take it from there. Start planning above, or reach out and we'll be in touch.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak seasons, holidays, and popular sailings, 9 to 12 months out gives you the best pricing and cabin or room selection. For shorter getaways we can often work with 2 to 4 months. Reach out anytime and we'll tell you what's realistic for your dates.
Do you help with passports, insurance, and travel documents?
Yes. We'll guide you through passport timing, recommended travel insurance, visa requirements when they apply, and any entry documents your destination needs.
Can you plan group and multi-generational trips?
Absolutely. Group cruises, family reunions, milestone celebrations, and destination weddings are one of our favorite things to coordinate. We handle room blocks, dining, and activities across every generation.
What happens if something goes wrong during our trip?
You have a real advisor to reach out to, not a call center. If a flight is delayed, a reservation shifts, or plans need to change on the fly, we help sort it out.
How do payments work?
Most bookings take a deposit up front and full payment before a final due date. Your advisor walks you through the schedule for your specific trip so nothing sneaks up on you.
