Guided Vacations with Globus

Globus has been running guided vacations since 1928, and it shows in the little things: hotels in the center of town, a Tour Director who knows everyone's name by day two, and mornings you don't have to organize. You see more, you carry less, and someone else drives. Let's find the itinerary that fits your dates!

Alpine lake and mountains on a bright summer day

What a Globus vacation includes

A Tour Director start to finish

One person with you the whole way, handling check ins, timing, and the small course corrections that keep a day pleasant. This is the single biggest difference between a guided vacation and doing it yourself.

Hotels in the middle of things

Globus books city center and lakeside properties, so your free afternoon is a walk rather than a taxi ride. We'll tell you which departures have the best hotel list.

Included sightseeing with local guides

Skip the line entries, local experts in each city, and the reservations you'd otherwise be racing to book. Your evenings usually stay open.

Room to choose your own pace

Classic touring, Escapes for a lighter schedule, and Small Group with about twenty travelers. Same care, different rhythm.

Questions we hear most

Are Globus tours only for older travelers?

No. The classic tours draw a wide age range, and Small Group and Escapes departures tend to run younger and lighter on schedule. Tell us your pace and we'll match the style.

How many people are on a Globus tour?

Classic touring typically runs in the thirty to forty range, and Small Group is capped around twenty. The smaller departures sell out first.

What is not included?

Flights, some meals, and optional excursions. We price the whole picture up front so nothing surprises you later, and we can add your air and pre nights too.

When should we book?

Nine to twelve months out for summer Europe, and watch for early booking savings that often expire in the fall for the next season.
